Hello! I’m Charles and I’ve been cooking professional since the 1992 and having spent part of my career in France and England working in some five star hotels as well as Michelin guide restaurants but we wanted a life change and so decided to move to Cyprus and having worked in more than a few different establishments before deciding to take on the challenge of Creative Catering which provides catering services in private homes and even holiday accommodation.  My strong commitment and passion for food has brought us over the years to travel during the winter looking for new inspirations, ideas, ingredients and food trends to test and personalise in the kitchen before offering them my friends and even your guests.

After quite a bit more than 10 years’ experience in Cyprus, I can say I’ve reached a deep knowledge of the products available, as well as the best local suppliers where I can buy a selection of the best meats, incredibly fresh seafood and local vegetables. We are very proud that Creative Catering can provide our guests with catering services by using as much local produce as possible but if not available I import from the best in the world and these excellent products allow me to cook unforgettable dinners within your own home, allowing you to be a guest in your home.
